PromoteMyListing is a done-for-you real estate listing video and managed advertising service. It is designed for agents, listing teams, and brokerages that want one property promoted without editing the video or building the Meta campaigns themselves.

## Service workflow

1. The agent creates an account and adds listing details.
2. The agent uploads approved listing photos or a finished property video.
3. PromoteMyListing creates a vertical video preview when photos are supplied.
4. The agent reviews the video and chooses a one-time campaign package.
5. PromoteMyListing builds coordinated Facebook and Instagram campaigns for video delivery and lead generation.
6. The campaigns are connected to the same listing, buyer destination, agent, and reporting record.
7. The agent sees combined views, clicks, and leads in the dashboard and can download a seller-ready report.

## Current packages

- Free Video: $0 for one listing video preview before campaign purchase.
- 10K Campaign: $249 per listing, with a maximum target of up to 10,000 views and lead generation included.
- 20K Campaign: $399 per listing, with a maximum target of up to 20,000 views and lead generation included.
- 100K Campaign: $1,497 per listing, with a maximum target of up to 100,000 views and lead generation included.

Paid packages are one-time purchases for one listing. They do not renew monthly. PromoteMyListing currently runs managed campaigns for 14 days.

## Measurement language

- Views are platform-reported 2-second continuous video views from the video-delivery campaign.
- Clicks are recorded taps from the ad toward the listing experience.
- Leads are inquiries captured for the agent and listing.
- View targets are "up to" amounts.
- Lead generation is included, but a fixed number of leads, showings, offers, or sales is not guaranteed.

## Housing advertising

Real estate listing ads are housing opportunities. PromoteMyListing builds them using Meta's Housing Special Ad Category and the approved audience controls available for housing campaigns. The service does not rely on excluding protected groups or ordinary age and gender targeting.
