Privacy Policy

Last updated June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PromoteMyListing (“PromoteMyListing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”). We create short-form videos from real estate listing photos and run and manage advertising campaigns on social platforms on behalf of real estate agents, brokers, and listing teams (“you” or “Agents”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information. Name, email address, phone number, password, brokerage or team name, and profile or branding details (such as a headshot, logo, and brand color).
  • Listing information. Property address, price, property type, descriptions, listing URLs, and the photos, video, or other media you upload or authorize us to retrieve.
  • Campaign information. Targeting preferences, campaign goals, plan selection, and creative choices such as templates and on-screen text.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card, billing name, and transaction status) but do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications. Messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

Lead information collected on your behalf

When a prospective buyer or renter responds to an ad we run for your listing, we may collect their contact details (such as name, email address, phone number, and any message they submit) and pass that information to you as a lead. You act as the controller of the leads you receive and are responsible for handling them in compliance with applicable law.

Information from third parties and listing sources

  • Listing data. If you provide a listing URL, we may retrieve publicly available details and images about that property to build your video and campaign.
  • Advertising platforms. We receive campaign performance data (such as views, impressions, reach, clicks, and lead events) from platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken in the dashboard.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. See Cookies below.

2. How we use information

  • Provide the Service — generate videos from your photos, create ad creative, and launch, run, and manage campaigns.
  • Deliver leads and campaign results to your dashboard and, if enabled, by email.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and develop new features.
  • Send service-related and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of users and the public.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers (subprocessors). Hosting, storage, and authentication (Supabase); video generation (fal.ai); payments (Stripe); transactional email (Resend); and analytics providers, each acting on our instructions.
  • Advertising platforms. To run your campaigns, we share listing creative and campaign settings with platforms such as Meta. These platforms process data under their own privacy policies.
  • At your direction. We publish the ads you authorize and share leads with you.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. Advertising and the Meta platforms

We run ads on your behalf on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other networks. Housing-related ads are subject to platform restrictions, including Meta’s Special Ad Category requirements, which limit audience targeting based on certain protected attributes. We configure campaigns to comply with these requirements, and you agree not to request targeting that would violate fair-housing or anti-discrimination laws. Your interactions with these platforms are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Service functions.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then retain and use it as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Listing media and campaign records are retained for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period afterward for reporting and proof of delivery. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

EEA / UK residents

We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, request the categories of information collected and disclosed, and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law.

9. International transfers

We operate in the United States and may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by professionals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites and platforms we do not control. This policy does not apply to those services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
